During these years, students encounter greater academic challenge alongside greater opportunity. They learn from subject-matter experts, pursue increasingly sophisticated questions, and gain the confidence to think independently, take intellectual risks, and discover the subjects, ideas, and experiences that inspire them most.

Just as importantly, students develop the habits and character that allow them to thrive. They become more self-aware, more resilient, and more capable of managing increasing independence. Along the way, they are supported by dedicated faculty and deans who know them well and understand that adolescence is a remarkable period of growth. At Avenues, challenge is always matched by care.
