Avenues Nature Camp is a golden opportunity for children to get outdoors and rediscover the joy of nature with 100% English-language instruction from Avenues faculty.
English Immersion
Avenues Nature Camp provides a 100% English language learning environment, with reading, writing, and math integrated meaningfully into nature-based projects. Students benefit from instruction by experienced Avenues faculty, who teach in our world-class English immersion program during the school year.
Outdoor Exploration
Research shows that exposure to nature reduces stress and encourages creativity, imagination, and curiosity. It also improves academic performance and helps develop a sense of environmental responsibility and awareness, essential for a sustainable future. Avenues Nature Camp takes students out of the classroom and into São Paulo’s green spaces, enabling them to learn with and from nature.
Project-Based Learning
At Avenues, project-based learning is an important tool for cultivating problem-solving skills and critical thinking in students, as well as sparking their curiosity and love of learning. Designed by Avenues teachers using our learning methodology, this experience invites children to participate in a project cycle focused on nature. Students explore, investigate, and create through meaningful, hands-on activities connected to the natural world.
Children need nature for the healthy development of their senses, and therefore, for learning and creativity.

Explorers Nature Camp
Children take part in hands-on learning as they explore spaces across the Avenues São Paulo campus and nearby public parks. Reading, writing, math, and recreation are woven into engaging projects inspired by Avenues’ curriculum and pedagogical approach.
