Making Masks in New York

Ava Laden, a rising senior at Avenues New York, recently led an initiative to hand-sew 500 (!) masks to give to people of need in our community. Ava assembled a team of 25 volunteers, made up of Avenues students and teachers, to help exceed her goal.
