Collectively Exploring Big Feelings

After reading the poem “Life Doesn't Frighten Me” by Maya Angelou with illustrations by Jean-Michel Basquiat, our ELC students embarked on an interdisciplinary project exploring emotions through movement. Creating dances to express phrases, students collectively discover a deeper understanding and articulation of big feelings in a safe and fun learning environment.
