The ONE picnic invites our community to participate in the event by bringing dishes to share at a communal table filled with flavor, stories, and connection. It is a special opportunity to gather around what brings us together: collaboration and the joy of community.

Project Exhibitions
The exhibitions are organized into clusters inspired by the Avenues World Elements, our unique curriculum that defines the knowledge, skills, and qualities developed by every Avenues student on their journey from early childhood through graduation.
Each cluster presents a curated selection of projects developed by students and educators, chosen for their creativity, innovation, and relevance.
Through these projects, visitors will have the opportunity to experience firsthand how learning at Avenues extends beyond the classroom, an approach to education that encourages curiosity, purpose, and collaboration, connecting learning to real-world impact.

What is the ONE Event?
The ONE Event is a celebration of learning, creativity, and community. On this day, the Avenues campus transforms into a festival of innovation, featuring projects developed by our students and educators across various disciplines and age groups.
Who can attend?
The event is open to the public and designed for anyone curious to explore Avenues São Paulo and our methodology.
Can children participate?
Yes! Families are more than welcome. In addition to the many activities presented during the exhibitions, our playground will be open and supervised throughout the event.
Do I need to register?
Yes. Although the event is free, we kindly request that all visitors register in advance to ensure a welcoming and well-organized experience.
Is there any participation fee?
No. The event is free and open.
What kinds of projects will be presented?
The projects will be organized into clusters inspired by the Avenues World Elements: Creativity, Data Analysis, Ecosystem, Empathy, Engineering, Entrepreneurship, Ecosystem, Generosity, Global Trends, Identity, Physical Health, Reading, Sustainability, and Universe—reflecting different expressions of the Avenues curriculum in action.
Will there be any other activities besides the projects on display?
In addition to the project exhibitions, the event will feature a variety of activities for all ages, including musical performances, sports games, and talks, offering a full experience of the creativity, collaboration, and learning that define the Avenues community.
REGISTRATION PROCESS
How does registration work?
Each person attending the event must register individually using a valid and active email address. After completing registration, you will receive a unique QR code that grants you access to the event.
Do Avenues students, families and colleagues also need to register?
Yes. Every participant, including Avenues community members, must have their own registration and personal QR code.
How will I use my QR code?
Your QR code will be scanned at the campus entrance on the day of the event. Please keep it easily accessible on your mobile device or bring a printed copy for a smooth check-in process.
I haven’t received my QR code. What should I do?
If you haven’t received your QR code or are experiencing any issues with the registration platform, please reach out to our team: oneevent@avenues-sp.org.
LOGISTICS
When and where will it take place?
The event will be held on Saturday, November 29, at the Avenues São Paulo campus at Rua Pedro Avancine, 73. Check-in opens at 9:30 a.m., and the program runs throughout the day until 2:00 p.m.
What time should I arrive?
Visitors are welcome to arrive at any time during event hours. While some activities will take place at scheduled times, exhibition areas will remain open for exploration throughout the day.
Will parking be available?
Campus parking will not be available. We suggest parking at Cidade Jardim Corporate Center and taking the complimentary shuttle service to and from the event. Cidade Jardim Corporate Center Address: Av. Magalhães de Castro, 4800 - Jardim Panorama, São Paulo - SP, 05676-120.
EXPERIENCE
Will there be translation for the talks during the event?
Yes. All talks on the day of the event will have simultaneous translation available, allowing all participants to easily follow the content.
Will food and drinks be available?
Yes. In addition to the ONE picnic, our school café (Connect) and a selection of food trucks will offer items available for purchase.
How does the ONE picnic work, and how can I participate?
The ONE Picnic is a moment of celebration where Avenues families will be invited to bring a dish to share with our community following our food safety guidelines. Everyone is welcome to join this special gathering that reflects the spirit of togetherness at Avenues.
