Meeting called to Order:
The meeting was called to order at 14:00 by the President and agenda presented.

DISCUSSION ITEMS
Approval of Last Meeting Minutes
- Minutes of the last two meetings were approved unanimously.
General Committee Election Timeline
- All work shall be completed before June 24
- May 9: Send out recruitment email
- May 27: Voting
- June 10: Results announcement
- June 17: Transition meeting between the current and upcoming GC
- June 29: APA AGM open to all parents
Campus Update after Resume
- Kindergarten
- The semester will be extended to July 8 with some Saturdays used as school days.
- Kindergarten-Primary School transition session to hold after May holiday.
- New class parents contacts shall be confirmed for two SW classes (Fawns & Bunnies).
- Primary Division
- Completed reflection and summary of previous remote learning by students themselves.
- The School has completed students’ academic performance baseline review and is in progress setting up an evaluation system.
- The School shall support students with difficulty in English.
- For 1st grade home-school communications, the School will provide weekly summary of key learning and language along with a few resources to support key learning and enable practice.
- After May holiday, there will be transition session held for Grade 5 students to meet with Grade 6 students.
- Possible ACC topic: how to understand Students Growth Report.
- Secondary Division
- Students may perform differently between online and offline and teachers will provide support to help with transition and improvement.
- The School will support students with difficulty in English via English electives and extra lessons. For the next school year, group activities based on English language level will be provided.
- Math class will be extended to 60 mins from 45 mins.
- Athletic team will be setup in the coming semester.
Academic Calendar
- Kindergarten
- Education bureau stipulated there shall be 3 months for the semester. The school will settle tuition fees based on the actual school days. The credit will be carried forward to the next school year.
- Meal and transportation fees will be carried over as well.
- Primary Division
- Grade 1 to Grade 3: credits for extensions program.
Appreciations to teachers and class parents
- APA is considering sending thank you flags and video made by students.
- The school will celebrate Teachers Appreciation Week.
Summer Programs
- Commence at July 18 for 3 weeks
- Half day program covering Art, Story Telling, STEM, all taught in immersion English.
- Details to be announced after May Day holiday.

- Closing remarks were made by the President and Officers.
- Next meeting will be held on May 27.
